Data Integration with Linker

Linker is the part of Formulate that moves data from form submissions into your other systems, automatically and without manual exports.

1

Define where data should go

In the back office, you configure a Linker connector: choose the target system (SQL database, REST API, Excel, email, cloud storage, or a custom endpoint) and map which form fields go where.

2

Map and transform the data

Linker maps form fields to your target system's expected format. Field names, data types, and structures are transformed automatically so the receiving system gets clean, correctly shaped data.

3

Submissions trigger Linker automatically

When a form is submitted that matches your rules, Linker picks it up and sends the data to the configured destination. No one needs to remember to export or press a button.

Data arrives in your system

The data appears in your database, CRM, asset management system, or reporting tool. One submission can feed multiple destinations simultaneously.

5

Monitor and troubleshoot

The back office shows Linker sync status for every submission: successful deliveries, pending items, and any errors. If something fails, you can see why and retry without losing data.
